My Favorite Music Artists!
I thought I'd just give this its own column, since music is very important to me. I feel like this would be a suprise based on my profile, but my favorite genre of music is actually like... old folk or country. Like bluegrass, yk? But I really enjoy several different genres and usually listen to most things. I think good music is good music, genre isn't a decider.
My favorite artists (No particular order):
- Ethel Cain! She is definitely #1 for me, I am obsessed with Hayden's storytelling and her stylization. I connect with her music, not necessarily because I relate to it, but because her music has so much love poured out into it. When an artist truly loves the art of making music rather than just selling it, I believe it makes it sound so much deeper than just a melody. (Sorry, this was kind of a music rant... I am a writer myself and have a deep love for this art form.)
